Walter L. Cook Award for Distinguished Service
1. The winner must be a current BSCAI member.
2. The winner shall not be a current member of the Board of Directors.
3. The winner shall have provided outstanding service to the industry and/or Association during previous years, especially during the 2017 calendar year.
4. No person may receive the award more than one time.
5. The winner may not be self-nominated.
Nominees for this award are submitted to the BSCAI Awards Committee and BSCAI Board of Directors for selection and approval.
